Michael T. Floyd
President
Mike helped form Continental Girbau, Inc. in 1995 as the North American subsidiary of Girbau S.A. He served as vice president at Continental for 10 years before being named president in 2005. He holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communication and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Joel T. Jorgensen
Vice President of Sales & Customer Services
Jorgensen, who began his career in the laundry industry in 1994, has served Continental since 1997 on a variety of fronts. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Dana College in Blair, Neb.

Andy Davis
Director of Financial Services & Information Systems
Andy, who joined Continental in 2000, began his laundry industry career in 1991. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Knox College in Galesburg, Ill.
“On the financing side, we are continually working to improve our financing services, while being flexible to the customer's and distributor's needs. We are also continuing to build on our electronic resources to add value to our customer's experience.”
Kelly Zabel
Director of Finance Administration & Human Resources
Kelly, who holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Fox Valley Technical College, in Appleton, has served Continental since 1995—overseeing human resources and accounting operations.

Ed Ziegler
Sales Manager-Eastern U.S. & Canada
Ed, who began his career in the laundry industry in 1981, joined Continental in 2000. He handles distribution management throughout the Eastern United States and Canada, as well as many national accounts.
“Whether I am out in the field working with our distributors or in the office talking with an end-user, I really enjoy the people in our industry. Educating both the potential end-user and our distributors on the benefits of the our products gives me great satisfaction.”
Seth Willer
Girbau Industrial National Sales Manager
Seth handles Girbau Industrial distribution, marketing, advertising and product development. He earned a bachelor's degree in speech communication from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2004 and has served Continental since 2005.

Pamela Kuffel
International Sales Manager & Consumer Financing Specialist
Pam began her career at Continental in 2004 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in finance. In her consumer financing position, Pam works with Continental customers, distributors and lenders to finance equipment. Additionally, Pam expanded her job duties in 2008 with her position in international sales. In this role she provides sales and customer service to international distributors and Girbau branches.
“Whether in my financing role or my sales role, it is important for transactions to go smoothly. Customer service is key and that is why I work hard to make sure that is my top priority.”
Tod Sorensen
Sales Manager-Western U.S. & Canada
Tod, who began his career in the laundry industry in 1994, has worked on many levels in route, on-premise and vended laundries. He handles distribution management throughout the Western United States and Canada.
“With over 16 years of experience in laundry sales and operations in distribution I look forward to working closely with our customers to provide the highest quality equipment and support in the industry.”
Laurie Kilgore
Customer Care Manager
Laurie is an industry veteran since 1992 and among Continental’s first employees. She works closely with distributors and customers to help with equipment orders, product availability, shipment tracing, distributor information, scheduling equipment installations and more. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Continental has been successful not only because of the product and services we offer - but because of the relationships we have with our distributors, customers and fellow employees as well. Amy Arnetveit
Advertising & Public Relations Manager
Amy, who holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design and business administration, has handled all aspects of public relations, marketing and advertising at Continental since 2001. She also manages Continental's marketing division Continental Creative Services.
“Whether it is through the company's web site, ads, brochures, promotional materials or public relations, it is important for our customers to understand Continentals vision. It is my goal to make certain that vision is seen and to put the right resources and tools into the hands of our distributors and customers—helping to ensure their success.”
Tari Martin
Manager - Continental Creative Services
Tari holds a bachelor's degree in advertising and visual design from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is currently pursuing an Information Technology-Web Developer degree. She helps distributors develop full scale marketing calendars, advertisements, direct mail, signage, Web sites and more through Continental Creative Services.

Jay Leitz
Inventory Control & Operations Logistics Manager
Jay, who handles all aspects of the company's logistics and parts, entered the laundry industry in 1990. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and has served Continental since 1995.

Gary Clark
Product Performance & Training Manager
Gary, who began at Continental in the company's inaugural year, delivers service training to distributors and customers. He has served in technical service positions since 1975 and holds an electro-mechanical associate’s degree from Central Kentucky Technical Institution in Lexington.
“I speak personally with customers each day to resolve their service issues. We solve the problem 95 percent of the time – the first time. Our goal is to get to customers needs quickly without making them wait.”
Henry Wendt
Field Services Manager
Henry, who got his start in the laundry industry in 1977, has served Continental's service technical department since 1999.
“The service department needs to be a resource for people when they run into challenges. When I take service calls, I try to visualize the machine, where it is sitting and what type of environment it is in. That helps me to solve the issue at hand. In the end, our goal is to give red-carpet service to our customers and distributors.”
Neil Gadzinski
Technical Support Specialist
Neal, who specialized in the electronics industry prior to joining Continental in 2004, assists distributors and customers with technical questions related to Continental equipment.
“My primary duty is to assist callers with their questions and needs and to help resolve any technical problems they may have. I am thrilled that I can play such an integral role in helping people.”
